How to Use

Serving size and preparation: One serving is 10mg (1 level scoop).
Mix 1 serving in 100 ml of water, juice or other drink.
Dosage/Usage: Can be taken any time. To start with take 2 servings (20g) per day for 12 days. After 12 days use a maintainance dose of 1 serving (10g) per day.
