For optimum recovery, it is important that you stay hydrated during your training and exercise, and that you start re-hydration and replenishment of carbohydrates, essential electrolytes and proteins immediately after you have finished your training, be it endurance or power training.

Start by taking TRF 2:1 carbohydrate-electrolyte drink - just before training, and take small amounts at regular intervals during you training session.

Take a full 500ml serving of TRF 2:1 carbohydrate-electrolyte drink in the 30 minutes after your training combined with a protein shake that provides between 20-30 grams of protein.

TRF 2:1 is a recovery drink that provides energy from carbohydrates to allow you to maintain high endurance performance levels.

The proteins in TRF 2:1 help you to build lean muscle and to maintain muscle mass after training. The proteins also help to maintain healthy bones.
