There has been a lot of talk in the medical profession recently about how good glutamine is for you. Well i take it every day with protein, and train three days a week. I buy all my stuff from goprotein. There service is spot on and there products are ace.

Hi all! Recently I have been struggling with a lot of hardships. Friends and doctors keep telling me I should consider taking pills, so I may as well read more and see how it goes. Problem is, I haven't taken it for a while, and don't wanna get back to it, we'll see how it goes.

I have been taken Glutamine for sometime now and seen some good results from it. I take it with Creatine and mix them both into my shaker with the muscle power protein. All good !!!!!

My freind and I are both new to Goprotein and we weight train. We ordered some protein and L-Glutamine from them and have been taken it now for 3 weeks . We tend to workout quite hard at the gym and have seen some good improvement in the short spell of time. Their protein tastes really good with milk .

If your into weights, glutamine is excellent to be on. I take it with GOPRO WHEY. I like the service you get from Goprotein. RECOMMEND

The Glutamine is for me. It mixes well in my shaker when I add it to the GOPRO WHEY, and I also add Creatine to give me a good boost. It has really helped me with my post workout pains that I got. I would say it kicked in for me in about 5-7 days after some serious training just for the babes !!! PS. I do like your tubs with the silver lid as I hate those stupid bags. !!! Now on to my fourth tub. Big Ali

My trainer told me to try Goprotein which I did. I have started to buy all my protein from them and have just bought a tub of L-Glutamine, so hope this helps me with my recovery, as been really sore lately. Very good to deal with and my stuff always arrives next day.

I have been training hard lately and find that the L-Glut really helps me a lot. I find that when i am not on it it takes me longer for my muscles to recover. I know you can buy cheap L-Glut but i prefer to deal with Goprotein as have been on their products for some time now and its the best products i have been on. Jordan Sheen.

I train in the gym most days and go running at the weekend. I find since I have been on glutamine and with their GOPRO Protein it really helps building and the recovery of my muscles. Worth trying and good service. Recommend any time.
