I was introduced to this after I had glandular fever and it made a big difference to me. As a performer I can not afford to be sick and consequently I regularly take Immufix - I havent been sick with a cold or flu in over 12 months. If I feel I am coming down with something I double the dosage. I have recommended this to many of my performing friends.

Goprotein your on a winner. Do recommend their Gopro Whey & Muscle Power. These two whey proteins are fantastic for training. Especially the POWER.

This stuff is beyond belief. I recommend it if you are feeling down. I started with it becasuse my boyfriend told me to try it as he had been using it for some time . It's not got the best of tastes but after some time I started to feel really good . I take the orange flavour. Definately recommend.

Hi' start with Gopro Whey protein and buy some creatine to go along with it. It's the best protein to buy. Most of the flavours they have are all very good as I have tried most of them. Hope that help's mate.

Just to let you know bro I have been using your mega go mass and now your mega go protein. The results have been astonishing (down to hard training as well) and great value. Worth buying for sure bro.

Hello K,you dont say if you do any exercise? What has worked for me is,i go to the gym 3 times a week to do classes and started eating properly as i was well over weight.My eating habits have changed, so now i am eating a pot of porridge in the morning before I go to work, which really fills me up.My break I have green tea (no suger and no fizzy drinks as they are loaded with suger) at lunch I have a tuna sandwich with my diet protein shake, then at about 3pm I have another green tea. At 5.30pm i go to the gym, do my class for an hour then have another diet shake. I then go home and make myself a nice salad with either chicken, fish or tuna. I have now lost over 2 stones.
