I have been taken Power for 3 months and it has improved my training considerably . I do cross country running and cycling . It has many good ingredients in it. It tastes good, but I didn't buy it for the taste, just the product. But it helps when it tastes so good as well. Essex Girl !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Muscle Power tells you what it is as I have found out since using it my upper and lower body have become far more stronger and my definition has changed. Would recommend this protein to anybody as I have only heard good feedback from other guy's in the gym. Dave.

I have been on protein for many years and switched over to the Goprotein Power. I have been taken the Tutti Frutti flavour and it has a really good taste, mixes no problem, easy on my stomach , and works well on my muscles. Just added some more creatine along with it, as i am training really hard at the moment. Robert Brocket. Caithness

Goprotein Answer:For the best results use 2-3 servings of Muscle power daily. Best to take one full serving 60-90 minutes before your intensive work-out and one full serving 20-30 min after you have finished.

The results I have had from being on Power for just over seven weeks is incredible. I have been working out for over a year now and never quite got there. But my mate said to try this and I see the change in my body already. Must tell everybody to try this, as it's so good to pack on muscle. By looking at the posts it seems to be the one. NW.

Best protein I have ever used. Very good gains not only in size but strength too and excellent recovery. Have tried fruit punch (which tastes like lemon merange pie) and chocolate . Usually buy from the gym but useful to know this online option is here if they run out.

I was advised to try this muscle power and wasn't disappointed. I was using maxi muscle protein before, but since I have been on this one I have seen a big change in my training. I have put on some lean muscle and feel much stronger. I don't buy Creatine and glutamine anymore as it's already in the product. For me this is the best protein I have tried. DG.

I take the vanilla Gopro Whey Protein for a couple of months and then hit the Power and the difference is F.....g amazing. Goprotein are good to buy from and had no problems. RECOMMEND.
