TRF is a good price and goes down well with me. Help's me plenty to recover after weight training. Would tell anybody to buy this. I am also on their Gopro power which is amazing .

If you train hard you need to try this. It helps your body recover after a a session . Wouldn't do without it.

Very popular drink in my running club. Most of the guy's I run with take the TRF for recovery and just started with their new Fuel.

They have got a Fuel that is a isotonic carbohydrate-electrolyte drink which I take and it does what it says on the pot. Goprotein are in my health club with a protein machine which they put in last year and you can buy a fresh cup of protein which I would say is the best taste I have ever tried. Their TRF is great for recovery. Good company. Howard.

TRF is a real help to me . I've only been on it a few weeks and find it really helps me a lot with my recovery. I alo take GoPro whey (chocolate) it tastes as good as people say it does. (Squash Player)

New TRF 2:1 is a fantastic product. I have used trf for about 18 months as I cycle a lot and find their new product superb. It does what it say's on the tub. If you want the very best recovery product on the market, you got try this. J Mullan.
