I just love this porridge in the morning. You start eating it and by lunch time you want to eat another. Great ideal to come up with, especially 45g of protein. A few of the guy's in my office that work out have it for lunch. Brian Taylor - London.

Hi Jamie Woodstock here with my update on the 25g High Protein Porridge. Received my protein porridge the very next day after i ordered it. I have just one word to say about it ''fantastic ''. Take the lid off, add hot water, stir the water in, put the lid back on, wait 3 min, take the lid off, stir again, and hey presto, 25g of protein porridge. It tastes really good ( very surprised how good it tastes ) I will definitely be taken this for my breakfast. Good BUY and with 25g protein, i am going to give it the five stars it deserves . Was a bit worried how this was going to be at that price. All thoughts have now vanished as it turned up next day and happy with the flavour. Will def buy more at that price. Nice one.

My mate and I tried fusion for the first time today when we went to our gym at 6.30am. You can buy it in our gym for £1.25 per scoop so we each bought two scoops each. ''Wow'' this gives you the best wake up call ever. I have never quite had a work out feeling so pumped up before. So just ordered a tub of the lemon & lime flavour on the goprotein web. Is this stuff leggggaaallllll.

Just bought a pkt of porridge from my gym yesterday and I really like it. Fantastic way to have your porridge. I am now hooked on this stuff as it tastes so good and so easy to make up. GG

I got pretty big off one tub. I wouldn't recommend 2 tubs however or you probably look too big and people start avoiding you. Probably 1.5 tubs is the best amount

Encouraging results so far from being on diet protein. I have lost 9lbs and counting. Lots of great reviews and i am glad i tried it. Delivery was very good, as it was with me next day after placing my order.Marian Allen.( Liverpool )
