For people who suffer with bad ibs this is the best shake out there by far iv keep my weight on and gives me the out come I need in the gym. I look ripped and been on this for about 8 weeks now and staying on it.

Ive done 2.5 kilos of mega protein in. 3 shakes a day and 3 small meals seeing a difference leaner and stronger already. Still got another tub too!

Im on my 3rd tub and will be ordering again...its helped me already put size on and also has decent ingredients and its the protein isolate which is what i look for in a good protein powder great stuff guys....think ill be trying your pre workout next time too
