this max pro is a mixture of fast and slow release protein, also contains waxy maize starch which is a very fast carb so this product is ideal for taking straight after workout for recovery.

TRF is a real help to me . I've only been on it a few weeks and find it really helps me a lot with my recovery. I alo take GoPro whey (chocolate) it tastes as good as people say it does. (Squash Player)
