Just ordered my 3rd tub of Mass and have started to really bulk up. For 30 quid for 5kg is brilliant. Keep it at that price and me and my mates will buy loads.

What a difference on my shoulders since I have been on the Power. This protein is QUALITY and mixes really well. My training partner has just started to take it to play catch up. Ha Ha.

Hi Everyone,

Great to read such fantastic views but i was wondering if anyone could recommend the best things to eat? I was previoulsy doing slimming world & a typical day would be: Shake in the morning, cerial mid morning, fruit at 12, low fat super noodles (free on SW) at 2, Muller light about 4 then dinner in the evening. Would i be better off replacing my noodles for something else?

Any help would be great

I've been buying 2kg of gopro-power and glutamine every month from my gym for about a year. It's the best shape i've been in and put on about 16 lbs of good muscle. I recommend gopro power anytime.
