What I like about this drink is there is virtually no sugar in it. Sugar 0.8 per scoop is less than a quarter of a tea spoon. I recommend it.Alison Brown - London

Hi Everyone,
Great to read such fantastic views but i was wondering if anyone could recommend the best things to eat? I was previoulsy doing slimming world & a typical day would be: Shake in the morning, cerial mid morning, fruit at 12, low fat super noodles (free on SW) at 2, Muller light about 4 then dinner in the evening. Would i be better off replacing my noodles for something else?
Any help would be great

I have just started working out early this year in my local gym and was told about Goprotein Diet Whey. I was 20 stone when i started, and never trained before. Since beeing on their diet whey it has really helped me with my training. I am now down to just under 16 stone and it really tastes great with milk. My target weight is 14 stone.I tell all my mates about Goprotein. Cheers for the help. Geoff Michie. :-)

Fantastic' I take it every day. I have tried lots of other diet whey and this is definitely the best. It mixes great in my shaker and tastes good. I have tried lots of other diet whey before which taste terrible . Your vanilla is brill. Your service is very good !!!!

I have been taken Goprotein diet whey in my gym for the last few weeks and started to look much leaner and certainly lost weight. I never touched protein before until I tried this . All good :D

Just to let people know, this diet whey has helped me with my slimming. I have lost 11lbs in about 6 weeks. I have also cut out all fizzy drinks as they are loaded with sugar. MN.
